First, a few details:

  • All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
  • To qualify for returns you must email us at REFUNDS@PAMADACOSMETICS.COM within 14 days of your receiving the order
  • All item/s must be in there original and respective packaging 
  • Emptied or refilled items will not qualify for refunds
  • Please contact customer service within 48 hours if the items are defective or damaged or wrongly shipped 
Order Processing 
  • Orders are processed shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday) Excluding Major Holidays 
  • Any item/s that believe to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for the same item/s.  Please hold on to all the items until further instructions. 
  • Pamada Cosmetics are not liable for lost or stolen items. Once the tracking is received it’s between the shipping company and the customer to insure the goods arrive safely.

  In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, Pamada reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).


We do not offer exchanges. If eligible you may return your order for refund and place a new order online. 

For purchases made online 

An online at purchase can be returned to us by mail. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded. Pamada Cosmetics are not responsible for any shipping fees including return shipping fees. Pamada Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. 

Returning your online order by mail

We ask that you cover the return shipping charges. We are unable to accept CODs for returned merchandise.

We know you’re put together, so we recommend returning the product in the same shipping carton that you received it in. Please use the return mailing label printed on the packing list included in your shipping package, and address the return package to:

Once the return is made we will quality check the items. You will receive the refund for the items minus shipping expense. 

Return all products to Pamada by ground-only shipping. Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials include: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.

We also recommend that you use a traceable ground shipping method (e.g. UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail), so you can track your shipment back to us for a truly flawless return.

After we have processed your return and issued a refund, we’ll let you know via email. You can also look up your return status online by logging into your Pamada Account  and clicking on order status. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive the notification email.


Quality is super important to us-we take protecting the integrity of the products we sell very seriously. Pamada’s policy does not permit the resale of used, damaged or expired products. Our policies, training and procedures are aimed at ensuring that only the highest quality products are sold in our stores and online.    

Final Sale Items 

Final Sale Items cannot be returned or refunded, exchanged or credited. Purchase of all sale items are final sale . 

Cancelation Policy 

Only order/s that have not been shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email you cannot cancel or modify the order. PLEASE DO NOT email with cancelation request. Time sensitive items cannot be processed quickly by mail. Please contact to our customer service at 877-3PAMADA

Tracking information 

After your order has been placed you will be emailed an order confirmation. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
